The recent marriage between club beats and “future bass” has brought multi-genre fusion to the forefront of the scene.  Fresh off top notch club edits of Beyonce and Chromeo, Brenmar brings more club heat on his new remix of Route 94’s My Love with J Heat.  Raised in Chicago but currently a New Yorker, Brenmar has produced music for the likes of Mykki Blanco and Nina Sky, and remixed CYP2 alumni Rainbow Arabia and Pictureplane… long story short he is no stranger to good music.

His new track is dancefloor ready, with plenty of melody and vocals to swoon you over.  The warm synth jabs contrast surprisingly nice with the bright hi-hat rolls and hip hop influence.  While bouncing in and out of double time, the piano and vocals combine to create the feel of an old house track were it not for a plethora of hip hop breaks and unique drum patterns keep the tune fresh.  Download his new remix and catch Brenmar at his upcoming show May 31st at the Echoplex with underground legends LE1F, MikeQ, DJ HOODBOI, and BRRRANG-A-DANG!
