WHAT A NIGHT! And what a success.

Last year, LA GIVES BACK was just a dream that we weren’t sure we could pull off. Now, for the second year in a row, we banded together with our favorite LA promoters to raise over $62,490 for two local homeless charities: My Friends Place & Downtown Women’s Center!

For the second year in a row, we brought the party to a venue that captures the true essence of the event in its name alone: “UNION”. LA GIVES BACK 2 hit back harder and better than ever with the help of our friends Brownies & Lemonade, Space Yacht, EchoFlex, Ham on Everything, Late Night Laggers and Restless Nites in six curated rooms. Whether you were looking to get your fix of hip-hop, trap, electronic, or deep house, there was a place for you at LA GIVES BACK.

Surprise performances from Diplo, Valentino Kahn, Party Favor, Boys NoizeLouis the Child x Whethan, Ghastly, 2ToneDisco, Ducky and so much more brought on endless dancing and booty shaking throughout the night. We also can’t fail to mention the unforgettable moment of listening to a sea of people chant “We Want Some P***y” while waiting for the power to go back on during a hiccup in the middle of a too fire drop during the Diplo, Valentino Kahn, and Party Favor B2B set.

In between sets fans could also head to Santa’s Lair to take photos with Land of IHC character Death Metal Santa, enter our exclusive LAGB raffle, and snag Adult Swim swag.

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank all the promoters artists, staff, raffle contributors, ticket buyers, and UNION for helping us make this incredible night possible. You gave back in a big way this year and you all are heroes in our eyes.

Although the night is over, you can still help us reach our goal of raising $100,000 for the homeless by entering our raffle featuring exclusive prizes from Shepard Fairey, Eric Wareheim, The Broad, Stones Throw, FORM and more! The raffle will be open until January 2nd and can be found here.

Shout out to TMZ for writing about the event as well.

Thank you to photographers The Supermaniak, Jennica Mae Photo, NATTOGRAFI, and Sean O’ Connor for capturing the magic. Find their full photo sets here, here, and here.
