Today New Jersey/Philly beat maker Glenn Booth aka Knxwledge, released a 53-track Anthology of instrumentals and sample based work from 2009-2013. Now residing in L.A., the producer’s unique combination of classic hip-hop tracks unique instrumental beats gives new life to old favorites. This Anthology is a synthesis of all 48 EPs/LPs compiled by Leaving and Stone’s Throw Records and is now available for purchase on 2 cassettes. Don’t have a cassette player? It’s all good, a digital download is also available.

One of the most appealing aspects of Knxwledge’s releases is the retro theme and creative branding he uses as a through line for his sound. Whether it’s his VHS style music videos, the altered phonetic spellings of his tracks, or releasing music on tape he separates himself from the emerging pack of beat makers as one who pays homage to all thats come before. Listen to a few of the 53 tracks heard on the new Anthology available for purchase┬ánow on the Stone’s Throw online store! Get your tickets to see him perform at OFF/CNTR June 29th at Los Globos!
