Yesterday, L.A. based electronic/synth producer, Vogel, released his debut EP HOLOGRAM that lands in a time warp somewhere between 1983 and 2047. Featuring 5 original songs, and 2 remixes by Makeup and Vanity Set (Rosso Corsa Records) and Sferro (Girlfriend Records), it’s been described as “Deep space exploration meets Blade Runner disco.”
Flashy futuristic synths and basslines transport us to a time and space where electronic bliss reins supreme on this debut EP. Vogel will be kicking off our show on February 28th at the Echoplex alongside fellow synth guru Com Truise so come early for this fresh new talent. HOLOGRAM will be available via iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify this week, but in celebration of the release, it is being given away for FREE on Vogel’s BandCamp for a limited time.
