Toronto native Robert Alfons, aka TRUST, has released another gem from the danceable depths of his upcoming album Joyland. The new track, Are We Arc? will be Alfons’ third single released from the album prior to it’s official release on March 4th by Arts & Crafts. Both Rescue, Mister and Capitol had us hooked on Trust’s intrinsic ability to capitvate our dark and disturbed hearts with his soothing synths and gutteral ballads.
Are we Arc? strikes at the core of our eternal emotional longing with a catchy chorus underscored by beautifully haunting chords and vocals. Alfons speaks of the songs origins, “It was written on the side of volcano while in Argentina, inspired by patience and lava.
