Uchis’ music is flawless, a sexy talk-rap style reminiscent of Cocorosie with a bit of the glorious raw edge that made us fall for Amy Winehouse. Similar to Winehouse, Uchis wears her vintage influences on her sleeve, which is particularly evident in her track Table for Two. A mellow R&B jam layered with a smooth horn section and the softest jazz drums.
