Portland soul sister Reva Devito is back with a new single Babesquad off her forthcoming EP on HW&W. So far we’ve been privy to her sexy R&B single Kisses and Sweetest Taboo, and now our thirst grows listening to Babesquad produced by synth maestro Com Truise. Truise flexes his slow jam beats and minimalistic production on this number, highlighting Reva’s vocal serenade and harmonizing backups. A tribute to all the babe squads out there, Reva promises to bring the party all night as long as the jacuzzi’s pumping. She’s “got the jazz personality, G mentality, peace to Soul Train,” a lyric that perfectly summarizes her aura.
