Grammy winner, Godfather of UK Garage, Daft Punk collaborator, all of these titles can be used to describe the production prowess of Todd Edwards. The Los Angeles local, has remixed the likes of Phoenix, Justice, Hot Chip, Spank Rock, and the Klaxons just to name a few. Recently Edwards added his own touches to Rudimental’s standout track Waiting All Night off their hit album Home. His flip is a bit groovier than the original, perpetuating more house and disco vibes with Ella Eyre vocals set to a slightly slower bpm. The catchy synths are complimented by subtle crescendos that speak to Edwards sleight of hand when remixing some of the world’s top producers. You can catch both Rudimental and Todd Edwards tonight at Sound Nightclub as part of the Black Butter Records North American Tour. Stream his reenvisioned remix of Waiting All Night ft Ella Eyre and pick up tickets for tonight’s show below!
