D.C. producer, Tittsworth not only specializes in moombahton and trap under his own label T&A records, credited with producing the world’s first official Moombahton release, he is also one of the founding fathers of U-Street Music Hall in Washington D.C. Jesse Tittwsorth has found that rare middle ground and continues to grow as music changes. His overall vibe is an eclectic combination of moombahton, trap, and electro.
Fresh off last year’s Juicy Jorts EP featuring Rez and Des McMahon, Tittsworth has been gearing up for a busy 2013. Collaborating with acts like Theophilus London and Laidback Luke, you’ll want to keep an ear out for his new remixes this Summer. His latest remix of Ciara’s Body Party is off the charts. If you listen to this one expecting just moombahton you’ll be surprised to find it has incredible variety. Body Parts was an R&B original, but after Tittsworth flipped it with an addictive melody and a quick percussion line, the house music influence is undeniable. Tittsworth shines his sheer musical ingenuity on this remix.
Best of all Tittsworth just moved to the City of Angels. Be sure to come out to Drai’s Hollywood this Sunday to see him live along with AC Slater, Jokers of the Scene and our very own Franki Chan to give him a proper ‘Welcome to LA.’ Doors at 10 pm, free before 11 pm with RSVP.
