With the weather starting to feel like it’s supposed to out here on the West Coast, it’s only a matter of time before we get our summer groove on. Thankfully, our good friends and L.A. locals, Classixx, are one step ahead of the game with the release of their latest single, All You’re Waiting For. Recorded in Nick from Holy Ghost!’s home studio, All You’re Waiting For has a warm, crisp disco mentality regulated by a sonically perfect tone structure that the two producers have perfected over the past few years. Guest vocalist, Nancy Whang (LCD Soundsystem), is paired exquisitely well as her longing melodies drive the track straight into nostalgic summer bliss. All we’re waiting for now is the changing season.
