London based producer trio Dark Sky, Tom Edwards, Matt Benyayer and Carlo Anderson, have been breaking boundaries in the U.K. electronic scene since their formation at University in 2009. Employing a wide range of techniques and sounds from UK Garage, House, Jungle and Disco, it wasn’t long before Bristol imprint Black Acre took notice of their debut 12″ and signed them without hesitation. What followed was a flood of offers for remixes from internationally acclaimed artist like The XX, Stateless, Delooze and more recently Kelis, Alpines and Ben Westbeech. Not to mention their highly touted bi-weekly radio show on NTS where they share the breadth of their tastes.
Their latest EP, In Brackets, takes minimalistic melodies and heigtened by the classic UK up tempo percussion that unmistakeable.
