The Mother Fucking Death Set are back and I couldn’t be more pleased. Last time they put out a record (2011’s Michel Poiccard), we ended up taking them on tour with Spank Rock, Big Freedia, and Pictureplane where we were kicked out of clubs and got into fights all across the country. Maybe one day we’ll make a movie about it.

Anyways, The Death Set have just finished up a new EP called King Babies, a fitting title as Emily Rabbit can attest. While Michel Poiccard was more of a personal record / tribute to their fallen bandmate, King Babies slaps you in the face right away with a dizzying intensity. It’s loud. It’s brash. It’s fucking awesome.
