Yesterday, HEARD premiered their SXSW at Empire 2014 Recap video that brought back all the feels of actually being there in the midst of the moment. Kicking things off is none other than OWSLA head honcho and international DJ phenom, Skrillex, beckoning the crowd “Let me see you fuckin hands right now!” What follows is an eruption of insanity featuring guitar slaying, ass shaking, crowd surfing, and some of the sickest spinning on the planet. Introductions include a laundry list of some of the best and brightest musicians in the world all performing at the same party, Austin Party Weekend! What lasted three days and seemed surreal at the time, is now condensed into four minutes of magical moments that can’t be replaced. The energy is palpable and with stellar performances from Anamanaguchi, Chromeo, A-Trak, Liz, Whatsonot, Danny Brown, Miami Horror and many many more it can only be summed up in the words of Skrillex himself, “puttin on the sickest parties of all SXSW!” Watch the recap below and stay tuned as we’ll be brining it back next year for another round of revelry!
