Rocc, Jonwayne, Knxwledge and Secret Guests at Dim Mak Studios on Monday, March 17th! A celebration of an avant-garde Los Angeles-based hip hop record label Stones Throw Records and the film that documents their musical contributions and accomplishments. Our Vinyl Weighs A Ton weaves together rare concert footage, never-before-seen archival material, inner-circle home video and photographs and in-depth interviews with the artists who put Stones Throw on the map.
The film features exclusive interviews with Peanut Butter Wolf, Kanye West, Snoop Dogg, Madlib, Common, Questlove, Talib Kweli, Mike D (The Beastie Boys), Tyler, The Creator, and many more. Join us as we celebrate the L.A. premiere with sone of Stones Throw Records most talented DJs and producers.
