Seeing musicians dealing with the harsh realities of life is not only humanizing but heart wrenching and hearing their struggle in their music can often times be inspiring. Since the release of his debut album in 2008 Where Were U In ’92, an homage to the 90’s Rave scene, London based Zomby went three years before cutting a new album. Upon the release of Dedication in 2011 on 4AD Records, the raw audible sadness and deepened morality  gave fans a candid glimpse at an artist who prefers his privacy. The album connected with fans on a deep emotional level and soared to success setting expectations high for his latest release, With Love.

The new album traces the arc of dance music history in a 33-track double volume that is already receiving positive reviews. The diversity of songs range from hard and fast dance tracks to darkly emotive productions that he’s carved through real life experience. His single, Soliloquy exemplifies the sentimentality he aims to evoke from his dedicated following. Fast high hats and down tempo bass beats allow for serene introspection and delicate dancing.
