Last Thursday, Check Yo Ponytail 2 was an exciting night of live music full of instruments and tap shoes alike. This CYP2 was a chance for indie music fans to experience Check Yo Ponytail while getting a diverse array of flavor within the genre. Jeffrey Jerusalem kicked the night off with his new solo project singing his own vocals accompanied by smooth synths and beats. Batwings Catwings brought their A-game and energized the crowd with their rock punk flare while Echo Park’s own Rainbow Arabia had a fantastic set playing new tracks from their FM Sushi album as well as some oldies. After a short set break Tilly and The Wall took the stage by storm giving the spotlight to their mesmerizing tap percussionist and singing songs for the rabid Tilly fans who only wanted more!
