Yesterday, Mark Redito, aka Spazzkid caught the internet’s attention with his latest Frankensteinesque music experiment involving sushi, cats, plants, cameras, and chicken nuggets among other random objects. Using a Makey Makey, and touch sensitive sensors Spazzkid brings life to these hacked objects in an amazing rendition of his single Lovers off his latest Promise EP. The innovative idea was captured by fourclaps, an interactive video channel that has certainly created a unique experience with this new video. It seems the possibilites are endless when using a Makey Makey to create music, and Mark Redito is a playful pioneer pushing the boundaries of this new found art form. It seems there is only thing he won’t play, but you’ll have to watch the video to find out what.
