It’s finally starting to feel like fall and we’re ready to kick off another epic season for Check Yo Ponytail 2! Friday, October 18th IHC + Media Contender + The Echo Present: An evening with Sage the Gemini, IAMSU, Lil’ Debbie, Kool John, and BRRRANG-A-DANG at the Echoplex. Sage the Gemini is coming off the recent release of his Gas Pedal EP that also features IAMSU that is one of the break out hip hop albums of 2013! IAMSU will be in support flowing of Sage and performing some sick flows of their own. Lil’ Debbie and Kool John will bring it hot with their new collaborations on I Do It and Supa High for the CYP2 crowd. BRRRANG-A-DANG will be DJing to start the night right so come out early for these hip-hop heavyweights!

DEATH are three brothers from Detroit Michigan that went from R&B to rock after seeing Alice Cooper perform live. Many consider them to be punk before punk was even a thing. After years of dormancy, their records were discovered and the response with today’s audiences have been astounding. Truly a band ahead of their time. They’ll be joined by fellow hard rockers Tijuana Panthers, Obliterations and Tony Molina for a head banging hardcore show just in time for Halloween!
