IHC teamed up with Adult Swim to curate and produce their events
Adult Swim and IHEARTCOMIX have a long standing and ongoing relationship. For over seven years, IHC is often the go-to for Adult Swim select production projects, especially for properties that cross over into the music sphere.
Eric Andre and Adult Swim tapped IHC to produce the premiere of The Eric Andre Show spin-off, KRFT PUNK’s Political Party. Hosted at Los Globos in Los Angeles, the event began with an exclusive screening of the show followed by a Q&A with Eric Andre (via satellite) and Dan Curry KRFT PUNK himself appeared at the end of the night to perform an EDM DJ set.
The event featured boxes of Kraft Mac and Cheese and Kraft Singles as parting gifts for attendees, as well as canons blasting cheese-colored confetti and orange pool noodles.
It was truly a fully cheese-immersive experience.
IHC teamed up with Adult Swim to kick off Coachella 2018’s festivities at the Palm Springs Ace Hotel. Partnering with BMW, we produced two days of music, sound baths, Aqua Teen Hunger Force’s Meatwad narrated yoga, giveaways and more.
Thursday night, fans got to relax in the pool while watching the aptly named “Things You’ve Never Seen in a Pool” which featured never-before-seen content of new and returning Adult Swim shows. The night ended with an ethereal sound bath.
Friday afternoon included a DJ set from Brainfeeder’s Iglooghost as well as a trivia game hosted by the infamous Bella De Ball where guests won Adult Swim-themed prizes.
Adult Swim enlisted IHC to create a meet and greet experience to celebrate the new season of the #1 American TV show: Decker! Hosted at Baller Hardware in Los Angeles, fans had the chance to meet the cast of the Decker Franchise, including Tim Heidecker, Gregg Turkington, and more.
In addition to meeting the stars, fans enjoyed free popcorn, listened to exclusive music from recording stars DKR, participated in trivia, and won special prizes.
Following the success of Pitchfork Festival, IHC continued to produce shows in Los Angeles and at Comic-Con, also featuring Yacht, for the series as well as tour managing and marketing for both national tours.
In 2012, IHC produced the Adult Swim Pitchfork Festival event in Chicago featuring The Eric Andre Show Live and Flying Lotus.
