As Adult Swim’s got-to for event marketing, IHC recently coordinated the regional marketing for Adult Swim’s national On The Green tour and the inaugural Adult Swim Festival.
For over seven years, IHC has been a go-to for Adult Swim’s event marketing and select productions, especially for properties that cross over into the music sphere. Our role has been to insure the awareness and success of their large scale activations. This role has also carried over to several Los Angeles-based screenings and events as well as national tours including Eric Andre Show Live! and more recently the On the Green tour.
In the past year, we coordinated regional marketing efforts for Adult Swim’s national On The Green tour and the first ever Adult Swim Festival.
In 2017 & 2018, IHC was responsible for coordinating media placements, identifying relevant local partnerships, social media giveaways, and prize fulfillment for Adult Swim’s On The Green Tour. Our team specifically targeted local music promoters, geek-focused retailers, and more. We were able to utilize vendor space to leverage media placement and successfully tap into some of the largest mailing lists and relevant placements in each market. Highlights included national partnerships with SuperCon and Wizard World. Our efforts led to several sold out events throughout the tour.
To help promote the first-ever Adult Swim Festival, IHC coordinated media placement in local outlets, including newsletter features and giveaways. We also hosted a large scale sweepstakes with custom branded bike, exclusive merch and more in order to help raise awareness and grow Adult Swim’s opt-in email marketing lists for future events. The campaign gained wide exposure across social media through fan sharing.
