IHC ASSISted Cinereach brad strategy, outreach and the LA premiere for the release of MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A.

For the release of MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. Cinereach enlisted IHC to come onboard the project to advise with cultural connections, marketing strategy and brand outreach. In addition IHC produced the Los Angeles premiere at the Ace Hotel Theatre.

Once hired IHC came onboard the project as part of the core team strategizing the release and promotion of MATANGI / MAYA / M.I.A. From weekly conference calls and in-person meetings to brand outreach and cultural connections to event production and general promotion, IHC utilized our deep relationships and resourcefulness for the benefit of the film.

LA PREMIERE + AFTER PARTY

IHC produced the LA premiere for the film at the Historic United Artists theatre at the Ace Hotel in Downtown LA. From recruiting WeTransfer to sponsor to VIP outreach, we worked closely with the film team to ensure a successful event. The event featured a special Q&A with M.I.A. and Steve Loveridge followed by a rooftop after party with Diplo, Eric Andre and Mad Decent DJs.

IHEARTCOMIX supported the film’s campaign at every step of the way across our social and digital properties including email blasts, social media, features on IHC’S website, and specially curated playlists.
