IHC created a tropical oasis to celebrate pop-star Anitta’s album release and collaboration with sandal brand Ipanema
Set at the luxurious Mondrian SkyBar in West Hollywood, the invited guests and influencers were gifted tote bags with Ipanema sandals, enjoyed themed drinks and small bites as well as a fully functional Dance Dance Revolution game. The event also featured a panel with influencers: Delaney Glazer @deeglazer, Hanna Montazami @hannamontazami, and Ayydé Vargas @idayallday, moderated by Alyssa Coscarelli @alyssainthecity. Anitta treated the audience to an acoustic performance as well as a Q & A and meet and greet.
IHC was involved in bringing the event to life every step of the way, from venue scouting to decor fabrication. From creating pink palm trees to fabricating a sunset cloud wall Instagram moment, IHC built every element to fully immerse guests into Ipanema’s pink world. We were fully hands-on for the day of show to load-in, execute the full run-of-show and load-out. We also were tasked with hiring a content team to capture and turnaround photos and videos in real time as well as content to be delivered the following week.
Overall, the event gained over 3.3 million impressions through social media.
