I’ve been wanting to hit up the beach for a while now, but since I am too busy doing important people things I have to listen to tracks that make me feel like I’m cruising on a long-board in Venice instead. Catch the latest from Beck, Queens of the Stone Age, Nero, Tchami, & Daniele Luppi ft. Parquet Courts & Karen O. from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs!
1. Beck – “Up All Night”:
This video was directed by Canada, a Spanish collective who have also directed videos for Tame Impala, George Ezra, Cut Copy and more. Their videos have a magical-realistic touch in them that I want to touch.
2. Daniele Luppi ft Parquet Courts & Karen O. – “Talisa”:
This spaghetti-rock track features Karen O. from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
3. Smoke Rings- “Happiness”:
This Australian band, Smoke Rings, just dropped an EP that features just two tracks, “Happiness” and “Go To Hell” aka my two moods.
4. Queens Of The Stone Age – “Head Like A Haunted House”:
I am digging the rockabilly sounds in this song.
5. Nero – “Blade Runner 2049 Demo”:
Nero dropped a sneak peak of his new track “Blade Runner 2049” with heavy industrial vibes. The new Blade Runner 2049 film will be coming to theaters in October.
6. Tchami – “Zeal”:
Future-house daddy Tchami dropped his latest EP “Revelations” this week.
